Dan R. Calfee

Dan R. Calfee, President

Dan is the fourth generation of the Calfee family associated with Calfee Funeral Home. He is a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Beckley College, now Mountain State University and a 1978 graduate of Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. He is a member of the Beckley Kiwanis Club and past board member and treasurer of the Beckley Area Foundation. Dan has six children, Jonathan and his wife Symantha, Jason and his wife Sara, Alison and her husband Nathan Delimont, Steven and his wife Kelsey, Logan and Sarah. He has eight grandchildren, Hayden, Daniel, Denton, Gabriella, Andrew, Addison, Sophia, Mason and Jet. He is married to the former Tina Shrewsbury. They attend Cross Point Church of God in Beckley where Dan serves on the Elder Board.

Jonathan  Calfee

Jonathan Calfee

Jonathan is the fifth generation to carry on the Calfee name in funeral service. He is a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School and is currently continuing his education. Jon is a board member and Treasurer of the Beckley Area Foundation. He is married to the former Symantha Kincaid. They are the proud parents of sons, Andrew and Mason. They reside in Beckley and attend the Jones Memorial Baptist Church in Beckley.

Becky  Leach

Becky Leach

Becky is an skilled musician in a genre of classical to gospel to big band styles and has performance credits from local venues to national levels.
A native of Beckley, she is an alumnus of Woodrow Wilson High School and Lee University. In addition to working with the Calfee family, she has the distinction of 26 years as the organist for First Christian Church; a music teacher for St. Stephen's Day School; performs with theatre productions; and juggles the role of advocacy for and aged parent. She is married to Jeff Leach.
Becky has been with us since January of 2000.

Glenn  Bragg

Glenn Bragg

Glenn graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School, he continued his education at Mountain State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He was pastor at Gentry Missionary Baptist Church in Sanger, associate pastor at Clifftop Missionary Baptist Church in Beaver, WV, and pastor of Crow Christian Church in Beaver. Upon leaving Crow Church, he relocated to North Carolina where he worked for a real estate attorney in Chapel Hill, and also at Durham Regional Hospital. While in North Carolina he earned a masters in Ministry and Counseling and a Doctorate in Theology and Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary in Camilla, GA.
He is the father of a daughter, Rachel and resides in Beckley. He is over the Youth program at Tilden Community Church and has a monthly service at Heartland of Beckley and Raleigh Center in Daniels.
Glenn has been with us since November 2012.

Jeff Leach

Jeff Leach

Jeff graduated from Shady Spring High School in 1978. After apprenticeship training he worked for Industrial Electric Corporation for 17 years, worked as a tour bus driver for Mountaineer Coach, Inc. for 3 years and was a regional manager with Folz Vending Co. for 12 years. Since 2007 Jeff has worked in the distribution service center of A.W. Chesterton Co. In 1990 Jeff married Becky. They reside in Beckley and attend Beckley Church of God. He has been with us since November of 2010.

John R. Brady

John R. Brady

John is a licensed funeral director and embalmer. He graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 1989. He is a member and past president of the Beckley Lions Club. John is a member of the Beckley Regular Baptist Church where he has held the the office of Deacon and currently works in the Awana Program. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served from 1962 to 1966. John and his wife Betty Ann have two children, son John and daughter Kimberly Ann Radcliff and husband Russ.
John has been with us since February 2013.
