Wayne Lester Simmons, 62, of Beckley, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2020.
Born May 14, 1957 in Beckley, he was the son of the late Lester and Helen Mash Simmons.
Wayne was a former employee of Mt. State Home Health Care.
In additions to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Tammy Nelson Simmons.
Wayne is survived by his son, Scott and his wife Haleigh and grandchildren, Braydan and Grayson.
Following his wishes he will be cremated. There will be no services.
