Born January 18, 1968 in Beckley, he was the son of the late Robert Vincent and Elaine McCollam.
Troy was a stage director until 2018. He was a former chef and truck driver. He loved his family and friends and enjoyed cooking, fishing, and traveling.
Troy is survived by daughter, Alexis Hudson of Beckley; son Charles Larry of Pax, WV; step children, Mary, Emily, Justin, Jody, Trapper and Casey Ellison; grandchildren, Aivah Hudson, Layla Hudson, baby Elmore soon to make their arrival, Aizlynn Ellison, Christopher Dickerson, Pryde Ellison, Serenity Ellison, Gabriella Davidson, Castiel Yontz, Velicity Yontz, Mylee Ellison, Justin Ellison, Jr, Jaliyah Ellison; former wives, Sara McCollam and Rebecca Catlett.
