Thelma Boyd

Thelma Boyd, 92, of Beckley passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018.
Born August 14, 1925 in Beckley she was the daughter of the late Orville and Della Workman Williams.
Thelma was a retired binder for BJW Printing. She was a member of Bethel Freewill Baptist Church. She was a people person and loved reading and cooking.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Forrest V. Boyd; son, James Edwin (Eddie) Boyd; brothers, Jim, Bob, Bill, Orville, Jr. and sister Alma.
Thelma is survived by her son, Forrest L. (Randy) Boyd and his wife JoAnn of Beaver; grandchildren, Randall A. Boyd and his wife Wendy of Beckley, Randy Wayne Moss and his wife Cyndi of Daniels, Alisha L. Moss of Beaver; great-grandchildren, Savannah Workman, Gretchen and Audrey Boyd, Trevor Moss, Jaydn Moss; great-great-grandchild, August Lawrence.
Funeral services will be 1 pm Wednesday, March 14, 2018 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Terry Hatcher officiating. Burial will follow in Calfee Cemetery at Mt. Tabor. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.
Pallbearers will be Alan and Alvin Harper, Forrest Williams, Chad Lilly.
