Steven (Steve) Tracy Graham Age 51
Steve Graham, born January 19, 1974, at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, W.V., and a lifelong resident of Crab Orchard, passed away on November 10, 2025, at Hospice of Southern West Virginia in Beckley, W.V.
He is survived by his two children, Matthew Logan Graham of Mount Hope and Morgan Ashley Graham of Beckley; his parents, Waldo T. and Diane Graham of Rich Creek, Va.; two sisters, Cathy (Bob) Willis of Clarksburg, W.V., and Karla (Stephen) of Waldorf, Md.; three nephews, Joshua (Bri) Graham of Robson, W.V., Michael (Brandi) Chapman of Shady Spring, W.V., and Andy (Nicole) Brown of Waldorf, Md.; and one great-niece, Addelyn Chapman.
Steve was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Waldo and Goldie Graham; maternal grandparents, Bill and Izora Smith; and uncles David Graham, Terry “Chuck” Smith, Billy Smith, and Jerry “Butch” Smith.
He was a 1992 graduate of Independence High School and a graduate of Concord College, where he earned a degree in business management. While attending college, he worked early mornings loading trucks for UPS.
This job led to a 28-year career with UPS, where he worked as a delivery driver. In more recent years, he also operated a mowing and handyman business.
Steve was active in many sports throughout his life—football, baseball, basketball, wrestling (in school), golf, fishing, kayaking, and hiking. He had a genuine love for the outdoors, with his two favorite places being the beach and his camp on the Greenbrier River.
He was a member of Teamsters Local #175, where he served a term as shop steward; a Master Mason with Oak Hill Lodge #120; and a Shriner with Beni Kedem Shriners. He also served as secretary/treasurer for the Fayette County Shriners Club. Steve was the founder of the Darrell Zutaut Foundation, a charity dedicated to meeting the basic needs of children.
Being a father to Matt and Morgan was paramount to him—his family was always his number one priority. Helping friends with anything they needed was part of his daily life, and he touched people everywhere he went. One of the very best—he will be deeply and forever missed.
