Sharon Louise Wiley Atwell

Sharon Wiley Atwell, 71, of Beckley passed away Monday, December 2, 2019.
Born August 17, 1948 in Crab Orchard, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd Emory and Gladys Corrine Atkinson Wiley.
Sharon received her CNA license and worked for many years assisting families with their loved ones. She also spent 20 years running Snuffer Insurance Agency. She was also a dedicated mother and homemaker. Sharon was a member of the Church of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was devoted to Charles Stanley Ministries.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by brothers, Everett Lloyd Wiley of Dayton, OH, Kenneth Ray Wiley and his wife Rachel of Dayton, OH; sister, Carolyn Sue Foughty of Dayton, OH; daughter-in-law Melanie Dawn Snuffer; husband Stephen Wayne Snuffer of Beckley.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Lynn Geneseo and husband Arlan and their sons, Justin and Joseph of Chesapeake, OH; son, Richard Stephen Snuffer and his wife Robin and their children, Autumn and Aaliyah Snuffer, son Dakota Gillam, Richard’s daughters, Charletta Marie Benedict and her daughter Cayleigh of Mechanicsville, MD and Jessica Ann Snuffer Wills and her husband Logan and their children, Gunnar and Alyssa of Cool Ridge; son Brian Snuffer of Shady Spring and his daughters, Samantha Snuffer Trump and husband Josh and their sons, Blake and Ashton, Haleigh Snuffer of Shady Spring, WV and Payton Snuffer of Beckley, WV; beloved mother-in-law, Beulah Shuemake of Beckley, Wv and sister, Linda Pack and her husband Early Ray of Ashburn, VA.
Services will be 12 pm Saturday, December 7, 2019 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to services.
