Ruthann Arnstein

Ruthann “Sam” Arnstein, a beloved 82-year-old resident of Beckley, West Virginia, passed away on August 30th after a long battle with illness. A lifelong member of the Congregation Beth El in Beckley, she was preceded in death by her parents, David and Minerva Arnstein, and her sister, Bernice Arnstein Tanthory. She is survived by her brother, Paul “Augie” Arnstein, of Annandale, Virginia, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
