Richard "Ricky" Reedy
April 21, 1966 — October 7, 2020
Richard “Ricky” Reedy, 54, of Beckley, passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 from complications of a recent auto accident.
Born April 21, 1966 in Beckley he was the son of Connie Farrish Carroll of Beckley and the late Keith Reedy.
Besides his father he was preceded in death by his wife, Marti Reedy; sister, Candy Foster; maternal grandmother, Ruth Farrish and paternal grandparents, Richard and Ewell Reedy.
Ricky attended Open Bible Baptist Church and was a NASCAR and football fan.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his sister, Crystal Paige (Zach), nieces, Maddy and Hadley Paige and nephew Mitch Paige all of Millsap, TX; grandfather, Joe Farrish; cousins Roy and Brandon Farrish, whom Ricky considered brothers, as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life will be 1pm Saturday, October 10, 2020 at the Open Bible Baptist Church with Pastor Gary Allen officiating. Friends may visit with the family 1 hour prior to the service.
Ricky was able to give the gift of life to others through organ and tissue donation.
