Rachel Ann Surratt Stoots

Rachel Ann Surratt Stoots, 80, of Eccles, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022.

Born June 16, 1942 in Beckley, she was the daughter of the late John and Bessie Barnett Davidson.

Rachel was a CAN. She was a certified Church of God minister and attended the Eccles Church of God and the Bolt Church of God.  She liked visiting with her grandkids, holding her cats and Fox news.  She liked going shopping at any store.

She is survived by her children, Danny Surratt (Beth), William Surratt (Tammy), Randall Surratt (Kathy, Nancy Lane (Burt); grandchildren, Randall, II, Christina, Michel, Angela, Steph, Zach, Travis, Luma; great-grandchildren, Madison, Kyndra, Randall, III, Lyddia, Ezzy, Khristian, Harley, Emma, Josalynn, Jasmynn, Gavinn, Declann.

Special thank you to Rachel’s caregivers, Kathy Surratt and Alicia Surratt Daniel.

Following her wishes Rachel will be cremated.
