Born May 23, 1947 in laurel Creek, Wv, he was the son of the late Joseph Carman and Gracie Octavia Rouse Berry.
In addition to his parents Paul was preceded in death by brother, Harold, Carl and Joe.
He is survived by sisters, Brenda Adkins and Norma Crumley.
