Patricia Lue Snodgrass

Patricia Snodgrass, age 91, passed away on April 5, 2026.

Patricia was born in Lickwater, WV to James W Brown and Sally (Gertrude) Brown.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Wilbur and Gertrude Brown. Patricia was the last surviving sibling of her ten brothers and sisters. Brothers Bobby (Enid), William (Nadine) and James C. Brown along with sisters Marie Brown, Mary Jane Brown, Dora Mae Finsley (James), Roberta Wills (Joe), Goldie Pettry (James), Kathleen Cales (Walter) and Fern Dennison (Donald). She was also preceded in death by her grandson, Kevin Mamola.

Patricia was born in Raleigh County WV. After marrying James K Snodgrass May 23rd.1953. They spent 10 years away from WV living in Napoleon,Ohio as a loving wife and homemaker, she worked a short time working as a mold operator at Unit Plastics. Nothing was more important to Patrica than serving our Lord and loving her family. She would go to the end of the earth for her family as in her eyes they could do no wrong. Patrica and her sister Roberta could never brag enough about their children, just know they did a great job raising them as they are probably discussing that now. Patricia battled Alzheimer disease the past 15 years but anytime you spent time around her you could tell she was a loving woman. Her Daughter Veronica was her Earthly Angel giving her care that surely added years to her life, may God Bless her and her caregivers.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 72 years, James K Snodgrass. She is also survived by her daughter, Veronica L. Snodgrass and her sons, Ken (Reggie) Snodgrass and Cyndi; and Aaron Snodgrass and Brenda (Sissy). Other survivors include 3 grandchildren, Angie Culbertson (Adam), Adam Mamola (Michelle), Ryan Snodgrass (Brittany) along with 5 great grandchildren. Patricia is also survived by brother in law, Philip Snodgrass and 3 sisters in law, Patty, Icie and Pat that all added joy to her life throughout the years. She left an imprint in the hearts of others that she loved.

Services for Patricia Lue Snodgrass will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Rebecca Chapel with Pastor Earl Cooper and Pastor Matt Epling officiating. Burial will follow at Wills Family Cemetery, Arnett WV. Public viewing will be held Thursday, 9th of April, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Rebecca Chapel.  Pallbearers will be Adam Mamola, Ryan Snodgrass, Joe Wills, Garry Dickens, Billy Sauls, Jeff Stone.
