Lorene Louise Farley

Lorene L. Farley, 93, of Odd, West Virginia passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at home with family present.
She was a lifelong Raleigh County Resident, born at Mead, WV on May 13, 1924. The daughter of Albert and Annie (Shrewsbury) Cole.
She worked for the Raleigh County Board of Education as a custodian and cook for 20 years, serving with Odd Elementary. She was a member of St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cameron Farley, and seven brothers.
Survivors included 3 daughters, Patricia Caye (Edward), Jacqueline Eastham, Vicky Shrader (Mike); son, Randy (Dolly); 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sister, Martha Qualls (Allen); two brothers, Tom Cole (Lynn) and Dale Cole and special friend and thanks to “Phyllis” .
Service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 15, 2018 at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church with The Very Reverend Father Paul Wharton, V.F. officiating. Burial will follow in the Cooper Cemetery at Odd. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service at the church on Thursday.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested contributions be made to Bowers Hospice House, 454 Cranberry Dr., Beckley, WV 25801
