Lessie Thompson

Lessie was a Christian and a longtime member of the Crab Orchard Baptist Church and the Fellowship Sunday School Class. She worked at the G.C. Murphy Co. in downtown Beckley for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Owen Thompson and a daughter, Betty L. Thompson. Also precededing her in death were four brothers; Nathan, Atha, John and Edward Shrewsbury and three sisters; Lula Shumate, Locy Norman and Lausie Corvin.
