Gary Lewis Skeens

Gary Lewis Skeens, 69, of Kenna, WV, passed away Monday, May 20, 2024.

Born January 25, 1955 in Charleston, WV, he was the son of the late Frank and Ruth Lewis Skeens.

Gary was a former mining electrician. He was a member of Fisher Memorial Baptist Church. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, working in his yard and spending time with his dogs. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by a son, Gary Travis; brothers, Grover, Pete and Bucky and sisters Shirley and Barbara.

Gary is survived by his companion, Wanda Marie Hall Skeens; daughter, Sheree Badgett; son, Shawn Skeens; grandchildren, Destiny Skeens, Zaudia Smith, Brayden Badgett; great grandchild, Journey Skeens; sisters, Gwendolyn Thomas  and Judy Skeens.

Private burial will be in the Graceland Memorial Park in South Charleston, WV
