Francis M. Frank Cummings

Francis “Frank” M. Cummings of Beckley went home to be with the Lord on March 1, 2018. Born November 18, 1937 in Wikel, WV he was the son of the late Seldon and Mary Cummings. He was preceded in death by his brothers Darrell and Oswald Cummings.
Frank retired from Beckley Coal and was a well-known painter in the Beckley area for many years. He was a member of the Crab Orchard Church of the Brethren. Survivors include his wife of 59 years Christie Young Cummings; brother Harold (Delores) Cummings of NC; children Greg (Nancy) Cummings of NC, Lisa (Robert) Barnabi of VA; grandchildren Travis (Sherrie) Rose of Beckley, Tiffany (Terry) Nalley of NC, Rob (Shannon) Cummings of NC, Robert (Tennille) Barnabi of VA, and Rebecca Barnabi of VA; 9 great grandchildren; many beloved brother and sister-in-laws; and special neighbors Mike and Vickie Goode.
