Christy Diane Eakes

Christy Diane Eakes, 43, of Beckley, Wv, passed away Friday, November 14, 2025 surrounded by her brother James and other family members.

Christy was born December 14, 1981 in Lincolnton, NC to the late Earnest Andrew Schronce and patsy Diane Schronce.

Those left to cherish her memory are sons, Dillon and Tyler Eakes; brother, James Schronce of Lincolnton, NC. Christy also leaves behind aunts and uncles.

Christy was loved by a lot of people. She always had a smile on her face and would always try to make you laugh. She loved and cherished spending time with family and friends. She loved going to family get togethers and family dinners.

Sis, I just want to take a minute to say I love you and you are going to be missed. Sissy you will always have a special place in my heart. You mean the world to me. You were the best Big Sister I could have asked for. Love you always and forever Sissy. Your little brother, I love you so much.
