Charles Sensabaugh

Mr. Sensabaugh was born on November 16, 1931 at Mabscott, the son of the late William Clint and Virgie Mae Collins Sensabaugh. Charles was a four time Golden Glove boxing champion, referee and trainer for many many Raleigh County youth. Charles was inducted in the Southern West Virginia Boxing Hall of Fame and was a recipient of the Fitzy Fitzpatrick Award. He was a member of the Mabscott Christian Baptist Church and retired from National Mine Service Company and Beckley Feed and Hardware. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by his brother Robert and sisters, Iva Nell, Naomi Tassey, Callie Mae Hanson, Geneva Ragle, Junie Humphrey and Jahone Payne.
