Candice Michelle Senopole, 31, of Daniels, lost her 14 year battle with diabetes on Monday, June 20, 2016. Born March 8, 1985 in Beckley, she was the daughter of George and Sharon Senopole.
She loved sports having played soccer, volleyball and basketball as well as danced for many years.
Candice was preceded in death by her grandparents, Basil and Margaret Vandal, George Senopole, Sr. and Bonnie and Junior Pack.
Besides her parents Candice is survived by her daughter, Kayla Leigh Flint; brothers, Zachary, Shaun (Georgette), Christopher, Luke and Keith Senopole; sisters, Ebony Senopole and Bonnie (Shane) Morgan; grandmother, Marie Senopole; Godparents, Tom and Linda Senopole; special aunt and uncle, Kay (Walter) Peelish and Basil (Drema) Vandall, Jr.; aunts, Kathy and Jennie; uncles, Gene and Robert; Kayla’s father, Justin Flint along with numerous cousins.
Funeral liturgy will be 12:00 pm, Monday, June 27, 2016 at the St. Francis deSales Catholic Church with Father Matt Rough officiating. Rite of committal will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 26 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, NY 10004.
