Burton A. Gautier, Jr., 79, of Rainelle, WV, passed away Monday, August 12, 2019. Born August 31, 1939 at Slab Fork, WV, he was the only child of the late Burton and Florence Gillenwater Gautier.
Burton was a Steelworker at Bethlehem Steel Corp. in Sparrows Point, MD for over 35 years. Upon retirement in 1994, he returned to WV, raising Hereford beef cattle for 17 years.
Surviving are wife Rosemary Miller Gautier and daughter Cindy, son-in-law Allen, and granddaughter Katie Swim of Phoenix, MD.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 19, at 1:00 pm at Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley, WV with Pastor Vondie A. Cook, Sr. officiating.
