Alma Yon

Mrs. Yon married Claudio Yon in Piedicavallo in 1945. In 1951, Alma with her two year old daughter, Maria, joined her husband in Beckley, where he had begun making a home for his family. Alma was a devoted wife, mother, and 'nonna' was a friend to all who knew her. Her bright smile and light heartedness drew people to her and she found great joy in family in friends. She was preceded in death by her sister, Nida in Italy and in May 2007 by her husband Claudio of 61 years.
