Reba Adamos, 86, of Daniels, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012 in Charleston.
Born August 31, 1925 in Beaver, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Cal and Betty Pettry. Reba was a retired secretary at Shady Spring Jr. High and loved spending time with her family.
Besides her parents, Reba was preceded in death by her husband Louis Adamos and her son, Randy Adamos.
Survivors include two sons; Paul (Linda) Adamos of Montpelier, VA and Jimmy (Mary) Adamos of Beckley, two daughters; Linda Adamos of Daniels and Dianne Boone (Mike) of Winston-Salem, NC, brother; Edmund Pettry (Lois) of St. Albans, sister; Alma Lilly of Richmond, VA, grandchildren; Elizabeth Forrester, Emily Paules, Brian Boone, Jamie and Shawn Long, Tori Tansill and Nora Halsey, 10 great grandchildren, sisters-in-law, Zora Pettry of Beckley, Betty Pettry of Daniels, WV and Rita Pettry of TN.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Calfee Funeral Home with Pastor Vondie Cook, Sr. officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 11am to 1pm Saturday. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Shawn and Jamie Long, Dwight Pettry, Richard Cole, Seth Forrester and Richard Paules.
