Phyllis Jean McMillion

Phyllis Jean McMillion, 64, of Beckley, passed away Friday, March 28, 2014.
Born February 22, 1950 in Beckley, she was the daughter of the late Dawson and Lou Emma Jane Acord McMillion. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Louise Smith.
Phyllis was a member of Grace Independent Baptist Church at Sandlick. She loved her church and church family. She loved spending time with her church family and participating with the ladies auxiliary at the church.
She is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Adkins and husband Roger of Eccles; son, Matt Smith and fianc Melissa of Arnett; grandchildren, Amanda Lively and husband Chuck, Jordan Mancari, Tyler Smith, Gabrielle and Cheyenne Clay, Amelia Smith, Mandi Perry and Toni Perry; great granddaughter, Adalynn Lively; brothers, Denver Acord (Pat), Gary McMillion (Midget), Phillip McMillion (Diane), Donny McMillion and Billy McMillion (Bertha); sisters, Rose Conkle (David), Nola Webb (Charles), Linda Lemon (David) and Mary Lou Sewell (Jim).
A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Grace Independent Baptist Church with Pastor Benny Cozart officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service on Saturday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Phyllis to Grace Independent Baptist Church, Ladies Auxiliary.
