Larry Ted Stacy

Larry Ted Stacy, 66, of Pemberton, passed away Saturday, December 8, 2012. Born May 9, 1946 in Beckley, he was the son of the late Ted Theodore Stacy and Doris Evelyn Wyatt Perdue. Larry formerly worked for Crooks Produce and was involved with Beckley Motor Speedway for over 50 years. He was a member of the Gracemen Quartet and was a member of St. Mary’s United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Frances Ann McVey Stacy; daughters, Alice Lynn Al-Hosainy and husband Mohsin of Beckley and Melissa Kae Lyons and husband Olaus of Wessington Springs, SD; grandchildren, Joseph Rush of Pemberton, Staci Dillon-Hibbard of Arnett, WV, Sidney Lyons of Wessington Springs, SD; great grandchildren, Nicole Ann Hibbard and Michael Hibbard of Arnett.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 14, 2012 at the Hollywood Baptist Church with Pastor Rick Martin officiating. Burial will follow in the McVey Cemetery at Sullivan. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church.
Members of Beckley Motor Speedway will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Barley and Eslie Bills
