Born July 6, 1981 in Montgomery, WV, he was the son of William Kelly of Conway, SC and Donna Morehead Kelly of Fayetteville, WV.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his twin brother, Justin Lee Morehead and his grandmother, Amy Morehead.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in South Carolina.
