James Parsons

March 25, 1935 — May 4, 2006

James was a retired Master Sergeant with the West Virginia State Police and a U.S Marine veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was preceded in death by three brothers; Keith, William and Buddy parsons and by a sister, Grace Ashcraft.
