James Dean Turner, Jr., 40 of Beckley, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2017. Born May 3, 1977 he was the son of Terry and Barbara McClanahan Williams.
James was a former Fire Boss with Alpha Coal and was currently employed with David Stanley Contracting. He was a member of Faith Community Church and a veteran of the U.S. Marines. He enjoyed watching all sports.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Veronica Jimenez Turner; children, Gabriel, Gabrielle and Josiah Turner all at home and a brother, Chris Williams of OH.
Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, June 11, 2017 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jason Lowe, Pastor Sam Peterson and Leon Brush officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Community Church, P.O. Box 773, Beckley, WV 25802.
