Jackie Harold Alexander, Sr.

Jackie Harold Alexander Sr., 84, went to meet his Lord and Savior Friday, February 1, 2019. He passed away peacefully at his home in Beckley, WV. He was born in London, WV to Calvin Emmett and Dorothy Louise Alexander. He married the love of his life Anna Mae Lambert in Crab Orchard, West Virginia.
Jackie was a respected resident and a supervisor at the City of Beckley for 25 years prior to retirement. He spent all his time enjoying life , his family and outdoor activities. His family admired his integrity, character, and hard work ethic.
He is survived by his wife, Anna Mae Harrah; his 3 sons, Jackie Herald Alexander Jr. wife Rhonda, Glenn Conrad, Calvin Elliott Alexander; daughters Annett Lynn Terrell, proceeded in death by Georgia Ann Alexander; five grandchildren Misti Ann Fink husband Billy, Amber Lynn Rogers husband Alex, Nathan Alexander, Colt Terrell and Faith Alexander; one great grandson Mason Sellards.
A private service will be held in celebration of his life. Daddy, go rest high on that mountain.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Bible Baptist Church Care of John and Roman’s Ministry at 2071 Robert C. Byrd Dr., MacArthur, WV.
