Gracelyn Elizabeth Dawn Bennett passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2015. Born June 4, 2015 in Beckley, she was the infant daughter of Andrew Edward and Ariel Ladawn Waddell Bennett. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kathy Boyd and Keith Waddell; great grandparents, Clara and Ted Stump; honorary grandfather, Joseph Honaker; great aunt, Melanie Snuffer and a cousin Jonathan Shively.
Besides her parents Gracelyn is survived by her sister, Dixie Rose Loretta Mae Bennett of Beckley; brother, Jaxson Dixon Edward Bennett of Beckley; grandparents, Gina Bennett and Stephen Bennett of Beckley; step grandparent, Stephen Boyd of Bradley; great grandparents, Buford and Loretta Hartsog of MacArthur; Stephen and Della Bennett of Raleigh; step great grandparents, Curt and Donna Meadows; aunts, Crystal Whitaker and husband Billy of Piney View, Nicole Henry and husband Michael of Beckley, Felicia Lester and husband Jon of Coal City; Crystal Massey and husband Teddy of MacArthur and Marlaina Prater of Lewes, DE; cousins, Kyla Steed, Makenna Steed and Mikkel Henry of Beckley, Brennen and Saria Lester of Coal City, Natalie Maurer of Bear, DE, Samantha and Bella Sea of Beckley, Serenity and Alexis Massey of MacArthur and Austin, Logan and Mason Whitaker of Piney View; great aunt, Sharon Maurer of Bear, DE, Reba Kay Frost of Maple Fork and a great uncle, Jerry Hartsog and his wife Lori of Inwood, WV
Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m., Friday, November 13, 2015 at the Crab Orchard Gospel Tabernacle with Pastor Jimmy Jarrell officiating. A graveside service will be held at Goodson Cemetery in Bragg at 2:00 p.m. following the service at the church with Evangelist Frank McQuillen officiating.
