Emma Lucille Clark

Emma Lucille Clark, 92, of Mechanicsville, MD, formerly of Lester, passed away at her residence Sunday, April 25, 2010. Born May 17, 1917 in Lexington, KY, she was the daughter of the late Paris Floyd and Mahalia McKinney. Emma was a homemaker and a member of the Lester Baptist Church. She had been a resident of Mechanicsville for the past five years. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Glendon Clark.
She is survived by sons; John Clark and wife Jean of Florida, Charles Clark and wife Grace of Michigan, daughters; Lulabell Polk and husband Donald of Luray, VA and Carolyn King and husband Walter of Mechanicsville, MD, 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 29, 2010 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Wes Rigdon officiating. Burial will follow in the Calfee Cemetery at Mt. Tabor. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service on Thursday at the funeral home.
