Elsie Friend

Mrs. Friend was a ward clerk having worked at Beckley Hospital, was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, member of the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 32 and was one of the founding members of the Beckley Child Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas M. Friend, by a brother, Robert O. Kintsler and by an aunt, Lucy Frances Kolman.
