Dottie Miller

Dottie was born January 31, 1922 at Matoka, the daughter of the late Latham O. and Mary Leola Taylor Payne. She was a homemaker and a farmer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Weldon Miller, by two twin infant daughters, Sarah Lee and Dottie Lee, by her sister, Mabel Payne Gillespie and by two brothers, H. Orland Payne and Dewey Payne.
