Donna Rae Moreland

Donna Rae Moreland, 57, of Winston Salem, NC, passed away Thursday, July 11, 2013. Born February 12, 1956 in Mullens, she was the daughter of the late Kelly Sizemore and Margaret Bowyer. Besides her parents Donna is preceded in death by her grandparents, Kelly and Oma Sizemore and Hubert and Thelma Bowyer.
Donna was a devoted mother, grandmother and wife who loved spending time with her family. After retiring from the Union County Public School District in North Carolina, she enjoyed traveling and was always there to help her family and friends when needed. Donna was a born again Christian having full faith in the Lord.
Donna is survived by her husband, Wallace Moreland of Winston Salem, NC; a daughter, Jeanette Lynn Tyree West of Ravencliff, WV; a son, Michael Tyree of Layton, UT and a granddaughter, Madelynn Tyree of Springfield, IL.
Donna will be cremated with the family holding a memorial service at a later date. The family will post on Facebook the date and time of service.
The family asks memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
