Dennis Mont Pettry, 67, of Richmond, VA, passed away on Wednesday, October1, 2014. Born November 23, 1946 in Gardner, MA he was the son of the late Mont Irvin and Vina Mae Duguay Pettry. Besides his parents Dennis was preceded in death by his brother Timmy Pettry and special friend, Teresa Walters.
Dennis was a musician and loved to play his guitar and dance as often as possible.
Survivors include his sons, Denny, Mike and Rodney Pettry; sisters, Judy Dickens, Carol Bennett, and Teresa Scarbro; a brother, Steve Pettry; several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, October 5, 2014 at The Resting Place Cemetery in Rock Creek, WV. Rev. Danny Pettry will officiate the service.
