Delilah Marie Steele, 25, of Glen Morgan, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, May 31, 2012.
Born October 3, 1986 in Charleston, she was the daughter of Ollie Frances McKinney of Beckley and the late Lonnie Steele. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her grandfather, Lonnie Dorsel Steele and aunt Lucy Burnette.
Delilah was a pretty girl who was loved by everybody and will be greatly missed by everyone. She loved camping, babysitting, animal and her mother.
In addition to her mother she is survived by a brother, Ronnie Lee McKinney of Beaver; half brother, David Steele of Hinton, WV, grandmother, Joanne McKinney of Glen Morgan., grandparents, Barbara and Kenny Meadows, very special friends, Tiffany Flannery, Johvan Davis and their son Rashad, Darrell Reeves and Mabel Reeves, Abby Miller who Delilah was the caregiver for and many aunts, uncles cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, 2012 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Waddell officiating. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to service on Tuesday.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to her mother, Ollie McKinney.
Friends may call on the family at 112 Mason St, Apt. 5, in Beckley.
