Clarence F. Stoots

March 26, 1932 — May 13, 2007

Clarence retired from the WV Department of Human Services after 23 years of service. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a lifetime resident of Raleigh County. He was preceded in by his wife, Betty Lou Williams Stoots.
