Christine Hatfield Lilly

Christine was a member of teh Beckley presbyterian Church and a former member and Sunday school teacher at the First Christian Church of Logan, WV. She graduated from Logan High School in 1931 and was a summa cum laude graduate of Concord College in 1936. She was president of Delta Sigma Epsilon Sorority. Christine taught English in the Logan County school system. She later worked with her husband at the downtown Logan Lillys' Crown Jewelers store. In 2000, she was inducted into the Honorary Alumni Hall of Fame at Mountain State University. She enjoyed writing poetry, music, and playing piano.
