Armine Irene Sadler

November 11, 1925 — June 18, 2011

Armine Irene Sadler, 85, of Beckley, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2011 at Bowers Hospice House following a long illness. Born November 11, 1925 in Iroquois, WV, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Ethel Hale Kell.

Mrs. Sadler was a retired admissions supervisor for Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church. She loved singing in the church choir, and especially enjoyed the choir productions like The Witness. She was a volunteer and former secretary at Helping Hands, and a member of Eastern Star. All her life was spent helping others. Beside her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Sadler, and her mother-in-law, Flora Sadler, who she helped care for.
Survivors include her daughter, Bonnie Lynch and husband Richard of Morgantown, WV, son, Lindsay Sadler of Beckley, grandchildren, Jonathan and Robert Lynch of Morgantown, Katie Sadler and Tyler Ogle of Beckley and a great-granddaughter, Ava Harris of Beckley.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, 2011 in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Donald Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Wildwood Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-9 p.m. Monday.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
