Anna Bell Moore Daniel, 74, of Saxon, WV, died at Bowers Hospice House following a short illness.
Born March 21, 1934 at Queen Schoals, WV, she was the daughter of the late John Wesley and Maggie Mann Moore. Anna Bell was a housewife and farmer. She was a member of the Cove Creek Community Church and had been a resident of Raleigh County since 1946. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Winford Daniel in 1996, son, Billy Joe Daniel, brothers; John Farris and George Moore and sisters; Elizabeth Farris Sailsbury and Pauline Farris Gillispie.
Survivors include daughters; Phyllis Daniel of Sophia, Theresa Daniel of Saxon and Michelle Hylton of Beckley, sons; Kenny Daniel of Saxon and David Daniel of Glen Daniel. Twelve grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Graveside services and burial will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at the Daniel Cemetery at Saxon with Pastor Ed Harris officiating. There will be no visitation.
